The Choral Society, a part of the Centre for Performing Arts, is a choir that was founded some 6 years ago. Since then it has developed into a strong and close-knit society for people with a passion for singing to come together. We sing songs from a wide range of different genres, and at the Choral Society, everyone is welcome!
Our rehearsals, led every Tuesday evening (7pm to 9pm) and are held by an external musical director, at Cavendish Campus – for rehearsal times, locations and the latest updates, check out our social media:
We have two big performances per year, one at Marylebone Parish Church at the end of semester one and a Spring concert during the second semester. Apart from that we also have a number of other small events, this year trying to do around 5 a semester. Although we take our singing seriously and are not here to mess around, we believe first and foremost in having fun! That is why we have a range of social activities outside of rehearsals where we get to know each other and other societies better.
