Is there an age limit on nights out?

All attendees must be over the age of 18 and have valid holographic ID to enter the Students' Union drinking events.

What ID do I need to bring with me on a night out?

Below are the list of ID's accpeted at our venues:

- Passport

- Driver's License / Provisional License

- EU Identity Card

You will also need to bring your student ID card as we might need it to check any paid for tickets on the systems.

How do I sign in a friend who doesn't attend UoW?

You want to bring your mate to one of our amazing events? No problem! You are allowed to sign in 1 guest to our evening events, but they must have a valid ID and ticket.

When is last entry on SU nights out if I have purchased a ticket?

The last entry is 12pm - however we suggest getting there earlier to avoid queuing. Be sure to purchase your ticket online and bring your ID card(s) with you. 

Where do I check for lost property?

Simply get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll have a look around the venue. You can either email us at web@su.westminster.ac.uk or DM us on Facebook / Instagram and we'll get back to you shortly. If you believe you may have lost the item somewhere on campus, we recommend checking with campus security to see if someone has reported it. 

Is there a dress code for nights out?

There is no strict dress code. You can wear jeans and trainers, your nans cardy or a superman outfit - we really don’t mind. Just be sure you're fully clothed and be respectful of others!

Where can I find a cash machine?

There is a cash machine located in the Harrow forum by the main reception barriers on the right as you walk in.

I feel like I was harassed on a night out, who should I talk to?

You should report all harassment cases to a member of the bar staff as soon at it happens or ask a member of security to help you.

When I go on the SU website to buy a ticket for an event, how do I know if it's sold out?

The website will not allow you to buy a ticket if it has sold out. Sorry!
