Mental Health Awareness week, 18-24 May

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 18-24 May 2020. The theme is kindness.

Why kindness? Helping others is good for our mental health and it’s good for society (now even more so!)

To support you with this, the Mental Health foundation have a few suggestions for ‘acts of kindness’ you can take during this time:

How to seek advice

If you need to talk to someone about your mental health, the University’s Counselling team is offering online appointments here

If you need independent advice on Mitigating Circumstances Claims, Academic Misconduct, or Academic Appeals and Complaints, book an appointment with UWSU Advice
