Advice Service

The Students' Union Advice Team offers free and confidential academic and housing advice to all Westminster students.

The team is independent of the University, as is the Union, which allows us to give you an impartial view and support on any issues you face.

If you encounter any issues during your time at University, please reach out to our advice team as they can help you tackle a range of academic and non-academic issues, and continue at University successfully.

Find access support through our self-help guides by clicking on the service you require below:

How to get advice?

For everyone's safety, our Advice Service has stopped all face-to-face advice until futher notice.

Please note that the University is experiencing a delay in responding to Mitigating Circumstances requests due to a high number of students requesting support as a result of the Covid situation. If you have submitted a Mitigating Circumstances claim but have not yet received a response, please do not worry, the university will get back to you as soon as possible.
