The team is independent of the University, as is the Union, which allows us to give you an impartial view and support on any issues you face.
If you encounter any issues during your time at University, please reach out to our advice team as they can help you tackle a range of academic and non-academic issues, and continue at University successfully.
Please note that the Advice Service will be closed as of Monday 29th March and will re-open on Monday 12th April 2021.

For everyone's safety, our Advice Service has stopped all face-to-face advice until futher notice.
Please note that the University is experiencing a delay in responding to Mitigating Circumstances requests due to a high number of students requesting support as a result of the Covid situation. If you have submitted a Mitigating Circumstances claim but have not yet received a response, please do not worry, the university will get back to you as soon as possible.
► Make sure to book your appointment. If during this spring break (29 March 2021 – 12th April 2021) you require an extension to procedures so that you can seek advice from the Student Union Advice Service please email the Academic Standards team - Academicstandards@westminster.ac.uk
