Trustees
The UWSU Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring that the organisation is being run properly and fulfilling its objectives. The Board also makes key decisions about any proposed policies, campaigns or projects involving a lot of funding.
The trustees have ultimate legal responsibility for directing the affairs of UWSU, ensuring it is solvent, well-run and delivering the outcomes for which it was established.
The Board has the responsibility of reviewing our governance arrangements and Constitution in advance of UWSU’s registration with the Charity Commission in mid 2011.
