Understanding new university fees
The increase in University fees and the level of misunderstanding around the new university loan structure is deterring young people from considering higer education, but perceptions are far worse than the reality. Make sure you do your homework and understand how the new loans will affect you.

Access to Learning Fund
The Access to Learning Fund is available to students who are going through financial hardship. Successful applicants can receive a fund of up to £3,000 if you need extra money to buy course materials, pay rent or bills, or pay for childcare.

Studying in London doesn’t mean you have to be out of pocket and constantly skimp on luxuries – there’s a lot of student discounts that you can take advantage of, from transport to shopping, entertainment and eating out.
