How you can get involved

You can get involved in our representation work in a number of different ways. You can join our research pool, become a course rep, stand for an elected position or simply tell us about an issue you have by completing the feedback form below. We are here to represent YOU therefore we ensure that any issues you feedback to us are checked by our representation team on a daily basis and addressed.
Join our research pool
One of the ways that you can get involved with our representation work is by joining our research pool. The Students' Union research pool consists of a database of students who take part in various focus groups and research projects carried out by the Students' Union each year. You will receive a £20 Amazon voucher for every session you attend. To find out more and join click here.
Become a course rep
You could put yourself forward to become a course representative. Course reps are an integral part of the Students' Union and provide the valuable link between the Students' Union, University and the students. To find out more about the role click here. Alternatively you can contact your course rep and they'll be able to assist in tackling your issues. You can find out who your rep is by clicking here (Please note - link will become available in mid-October).
Stand for an elected position
Every year the Students' Union holds elections for executive positions. We have various different posts that you can stand for. All students are able to stand in the elections. To find out more about the different roles you can check the profiles of our current elected officers by clicking here.
