If you’re a budding media tycoon then get involved with our very own Smoke magazine, Smoke Xtra, Smoke Radio or Smoke TV.
Smoke magazine and Smoke Xtra
Smoke magazine is written and produced by Westminster students for Westminster students, keeping you updated with all things UWSU and what’s going on around your campus.
Smoke Xtra is our fortnightly UWSU newsletter, written and produced by the Smoke magazine team. Smoke Xtra gives you the essential lowdown around your campus in-between our Smoke magazine issues.
We want to bring you more university news, national news features and frequent reporting on our sports teams and societies. If you’re a budding journalist or photographer and itching to do some investigative reporting or keen to tell us what’s hot in London, we'd love to hear from you!
Smoke Radio
Smoke Radio is Westminster’s award winning student radio station. Run by students for students, Smoke broadcasts throughout the academic year on www.smokeradio.co.uk
If you want to present on air or get involved behind the scenes in producing, marketing or branding we’d love to hear from you. Smoke Radio is also looking for photographers, camera operators, journalists and anyone who feels they can help the station become bigger and better.
If you’re a singer or in a band, Smoke Radio can give your own music radio airplay and live recording sessions.
Smoke TV
Smoke TV is UWSU's TV station run by students, for students. That means Westminster students write, produce, present and direct all the programmes - Smoke TV will be broadcasting home-grown content from a campus near you!
